I Collect Information you give me: your name, email, phone number, address, and details about your dog, such as breed, age, behavior concerns, and health or vaccination information. This comes from our contact form, consultations, intake forms, and conversations.Onboarding documents: the liability waiver, client intake form, and service contract you sign when you start working with me. These are collected through Jotform.Payment information: payments are handled by Square. Redstone never sees or stores your full card number.Photos and video: images or recordings of you, your dog, and your home taken during sessions, including with a wearable camera on some visits.Website data: like most websites, this site may automatically collect basic information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location through cookies and analytics tools provided by [Wix].

 

3. How I Use Your Information

To respond to your inquiries and schedule and deliver training, to process payments and keep business records, to send you progress updates, homework, and reminders, to keep you and your dog safe during training, to improve my services and this website, to send marketing emails or texts, only if you’ve opted in, to post photos or video publicly, only with your permission.

 

4. Who I Share It With

I do not sell your personal information. 5. Photos, Video & Recording

Footage recorded inside your home is used for training records and client updates only. I won’t post it publicly without your permission. You can tell me at any time that you don’t want you, your family, your dog, or your home shown in public content.

This website uses cookies to work properly and understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

7. Email & Text Messages

If you give me your phone number or email, I may use them to reply to you and to contact you about your booking. Marketing messages are sent only if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and you can stop texts by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

8. How Long I Keep Your InformationI keep client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and safety needs, [generally up to 7 years]. Contact me if you’d like your information deleted, and I’ll do so unless I’m required to keep it.
